Payment of a deposit does not freeze the price — only full payment secures it. Both prices and availability may be subject to change.
If weather conditions are not favorable, or if unforeseen situations beyond our control arise, Grulla Viajes may:
Reschedule the date and/or time of the activity.
Modify part or all of the planned itinerary.
Cancel a portion of the excursion.
These decisions may be made in advance or even on the same day of the tour, depending on the circumstances.
If you have booked an excursion that includes navigation and it must be canceled due to weather or other causes beyond our control (such as port closure), a refund will be issued only for the navigation portion of the service, not for the rest of the excursion.
If, due to weather, tides, or impassable roads, the route must be shortened or modified, no refunds will be issued.
Grulla Viajes operates in natural environments with free and wild fauna. For this reason:
The presence or behavior of specific animals cannot be guaranteed.
Duration, schedules, and routes of excursions may vary — every outing is a unique adventure.
We strive to offer exceptional wildlife encounters (whales, orcas, penguins, etc.), but these depend on natural factors and cannot be assured.
Lack of wildlife sightings is not grounds for a refund.
We appreciate your understanding and openness to enjoy each experience as it unfolds.
Unless otherwise stated, our excursions do not include:
Entrance fees to natural reserves.
Optional services.
Lunch or meals.
These details will always be clarified in each specific itinerary.
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable to another excursion or person.
If Grulla Viajes cancels an excursion due to weather and rescheduling is not possible within your stay dates, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance incur a 20% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to departure result in the loss of the total amount paid.
We promote respect for nature and for others. It is essential to follow the instructions of staff, guides, and park rangers at all times.
Grulla Viajes reserves the right to exclude any person whose conduct, health condition, or behavior interferes with the activity or the experience of other passengers.
In such cases, no refunds will be provided for unused services.
